Carrying out daily routine
The screening seeks to uncover potentially existing impairments in the activities of daily routine: The planning, operation and coping with daily demands and responsibilities. This information is gained through a patient interview.

Required material: None
Procedure: The doctor asks the patient the following questions:
“Do you have any difficulties in coping with your daily routines and needs, to plan, coordinate (time) and carry out everyday activities (for instance housework, doctors’ visits, work, hobbies etc.)?”
The patient responds (and the doctor documents) within the following range of answer options: (1) No problems, (2) Slight problems, (3) Moderate problems, (4) Considerable problems, (5) Not possible.
