Procedure:
The doctor carries out a visual screening and evaluates the following aspects in terms of the severity of their presence. The respective value (no problem identified, problem identified and massive problem) is documented for each item:
a. Protection against sunbeams and other rays, photosensitivity, pigmentation, skintype
b. Heat regulation (including sensitivity to cold)
c. Scarring, induration, hardening of the skin
d. Atrophy, cracking, ulcers
e. Perspiration
